Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR advanced degree with 3 years experience.
• In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage order loading, processing and follow-up to support revenue growth.
• Serve as the customer’s primary point of contact and provide prompt, courteous responses.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and SAP teams to ensure order accuracy.
• Lead transformational projects and travel up to ~25% outside the Philippines.
