Job summary

SPX Express Manila is hiring a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage daily activities across inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, ensuring SLA adherence, productivity and quality benchmarks.

You will lead and train the store team, coordinate with planning, dispatch and transport, maintain safety and compliance, and produce MIS reports covering manpower, productivity, inventory and cost as part of ongoing performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse/Retail/Dark store operations.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coordination and communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (Excel, WMS, Email).
• Immediate joiners.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing & dispatch
• Ensure SLA adherence, productivity & quality benchmarks
• Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts & shrinkage control
• Lead, train & manage the store team
• Coordinate with planning, dispatch & transport teams
• Ensure safety, hygiene & statutory compliance
• Handle escalations and peak volume operations
• Maintain MIS reports (manpower, productivity, inventory, cost)
