Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field required.
• Experience in transportation logistics; linehaul operations a plus.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong forecasting and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with internal teams, truckers, and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Manage truck deployment, route dispatching and monitoring.
• Schedule trucks, callouts and execution.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers and stakeholders for route assignments.
• Monitor truck whereabouts based on scheduled routes.
• Execute optimized route schedules considering distance and time.
• Run productivity simulations and models for improvement.
• Generate measurable reports and drive performance to excellence.
• Support cost-efficient projects for SPX.
• Conduct weekly/monthly attendance reviews.
• Perform duties as assigned by reporting manager.
