Job summary

SPX Philippines Inc. is seeking a results-driven Logistics Supervisor to manage the Return to Shipper/ Seller (RTS) process from end to end. You will ensure RTS parcels are dispatched according to SOPs and KPIs, and collaborate with claims, SOC Ops, Middle Mile, and Fleet Management for timely dispatch.

Responsibilities include developing strategies, assessing manpower needs, and guiding the RTS/Claims team to sustain performance and growth through training and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be a detail-oriented candidate with strong data management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Management Engineering or related field.
• With at least two 5-8 years of relevant experience in warehousing, e-commerce, logistics, or related fields.
• Highly knowledgeable in RTS and Claims process.
• Knowledgeable in using process improvement tools.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and Google Applications.
• With good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Meycauayan, Bulacan.
