Job summary

AS White Global Pty seeks a Senior Commercial Performance Manager to drive revenue optimization across a growing property portfolio. You will shape pricing, distribution and yield strategies, leveraging RMS, PMS and CRS to unlock profitability while guiding market insights for strategic planning.

Lead forecasting and budgeting efforts, partner with stakeholders, and mentor operations teams in best practices. The role offers hybrid work from Metro Manila and a path for career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, analytics, hospitality or related field.
• Proven senior-level experience in revenue management or commercial strategy.
• Strong ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
• Hands-on RMS, PMS and CRS experience; capable of system configuration.

What You’ll Do

• Drive revenue growth and commercial performance across a diverse property portfolio.
• Develop and execute pricing, distribution, and yield strategies to maximize profitability.
• Leverage market trends, competitor insights, and performance data to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and revenue planning to support strategic business decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to enhance asset performance and implement targeted improvement initiatives.
• Oversee revenue initiatives for new properties, acquisitions, refurbishments, and portfolio expansions.
• Mentor and support operational teams through revenue management expertise, training, and best-practice guidance.

Key Criteria

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Data Analytics, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related discipline is advantageous.
• Demonstrated senior-level experience in revenue management, commercial strategy, or data-driven business performance roles.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and commercial success.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in translating data and market insights into actionable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Familiarity with Central Reservation Systems (CRS) and system configuration would be highly regarded.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across all levels of the business.

Work setup:

• Metro Manila (BGC): Philippine hours (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT) Full time onsite during probation, Hybrid work setup after.
