Job summary

Alberto Shoes Corporation is seeking a dynamic Retail Training Specialist to design and deliver programs that improve product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service across all stores. You will create modules, facilitate sessions, and align content with brand standards.

The role requires strong communication, presentation skills, travel to stores, and a proactive, organized approach to training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in retail training or sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel for store visits and training sessions.
• Organized, detail-oriented and proactive.
• Confident speaking in front of groups.

Responsibilities

• Module Creation: Develop clear training modules with guidelines, lesson plans and materials.
• Conduct Training: Facilitate sessions for new and existing staff on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Training Management and Documentation: Track attendees, topics, and outcomes to improve effectiveness.
• Training Needs Analysis: Identify learning gaps from reviews, sales data and feedback.
• Standardization and Communication: Disseminate updated materials across the organization.
• Performance Support and Evaluation: Assess effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Other Assigned Duties: Participate in company initiatives and cross-functional activities.
