Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding, product knowledge, customer service and selling skills training for retail teams.
• Deliver new arrivals product launch training and key initiatives for campaigns.
• Conduct engaging learning sessions using interactive methods.
• Ensure training reflects Love, Bonito’s brand values and customer standards.
• Visit stores to reinforce training and provide actionable feedback.
• Identify gaps and develop targeted coaching plans.
• Measure training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Support regional learning strategies and new initiatives.
• Maintain training calendars and localize materials.
