Job summary

adidas Group is seeking a Training Manager to develop and manage retail operations trainings, aligning needs with adidas group courses and ensuring consistent global delivery. The role coordinates with District Managers, Operations Managers and Sales teams to optimize training impact and resources.

The incumbent will lead content adaptation, monitor quality, and drive improvements based on KPI feedback, while supporting local graduates toward adidas degree in retail management.

Qualifications

• University degree or above.
• Minimum 5 years experience in retail related function.
• Minimum 3 years experience in retail training development and delivery in leading multinational / consumer goods company, or very successful franchise store manager experience.
• Experience with apparel retail or franchise training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments within the country and map adidas group courses to needs.
• Develop and manage the retail training calendar with key stakeholders.
• Adapt regional/global training materials to local subsidiary requirements while preserving learning objectives.
• Champion retail trainings and coordinate with operations, marketing and sales teams.
• Prioritize training per account and optimize resources and locations.
• Manage training resources including internal and external trainers and monitor delivery quality.
• Review feedback and KPIs to recommend improvements and update content accordingly.
• Track completion of training within adidas retail employee groups and prepare graduates for adidas degree in retail management.
