Job summary

SUN BATTLEDORE INC. is seeking a Retail and Product Training Manager to lead the design and execution of comprehensive training programs across all brands and store locations in the Philippines.

You will ensure frontline teams have product knowledge, selling skills, and operational competencies to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate with Retail Operations, Brand Principals, Marketing, HR, and Store Managers to build a high-performing retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in retail operations, learning and development, or retail training.
• Experience managing multi-store retail training programs preferred.
• Background in sporting goods, footwear, apparel, or lifestyle retail is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the company's annual retail training calendar.
• Create onboarding and certification programs for new employees.
• Design training modules, manuals, presentations, videos, and e-learning materials.
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and in-store training sessions.
• Develop role-based learning paths for all retail positions.
