Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably in the footwear or fashion industry.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in inventory management, cash handling, and inventory reporting.
• A keen eye for visual merchandising and the ability to create engaging and visually appealing store displays.
• A positive, energetic, and collaborative attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of sales associates, providing guidance and feedback to help them deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling procedures.
