Smart Communications, Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Officer to join our team at SM City Naga. You will combine sales, customer service, and digital solutions expertise to help customers choose the right products, services, and plans while delivering exceptional experiences.

You will upsell and cross-sell to grow revenue, resolve concerns with confidence, and build lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced retail environment. A background in Telco or related industries is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree required or preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Strong interest in sales, customer engagement, and relationship management.

Responsabilités

• Meet sales and revenue targets by recommending mobile, broadband, and digital solutions.
• Promote plan upgrades, value-added services, and referrals.
• Resolve customer inquiries with timely, first-contact resolution.
• Build long-term relationships through proactive engagement and VIP handling.
• Follow prescribed customer journey standards across sales, aftersales, and service fulfillment.
• Manage store operations including cashiering, inventory, and policy adherence.
• Complete Infinity sales and aftersales transactions and stay updated on product knowledge.

As a Retail Store Officer, you'll combine sales, customer service, and digital solutions expertise to help customers find the right products, services, and plans for their needs. You'll play a key role in driving store performance by delivering excellent customer experiences, growing revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and resolving customer concerns with confidence and care.

You'll work directly with customers in a fast-paced retail environment at SM City Naga, gaining exposure to telecommunications products, digital services, and customer relationship management. What You'll Do

• Deliver sales and revenue targets by recommending the right mobile, broadband, and digital solutions based on customer needs.
• Promote plan upgrades, value-added services, affiliated products, and referral opportunities to maximize customer value and business growth.
• Resolve customer inquiries, requests, and concerns by providing timely solutions and ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible.
• Build long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement, retention initiatives, feedback gathering, and VIP customer handling.
• Execute the prescribed customer journey standards across sales, aftersales, virtual support, and service fulfillment transactions.
• Manage store operations by following sales, cashiering, inventory, compliance, and aftersales processes while ensuring accuracy and policy adherence.
• Complete Infinity sales and aftersales transactions, monitor market trends, and maintain required product knowledge and training certifications.

What We're Looking For

• College graduate, preferably in Sales and Marketing, Business Management, or related courses.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role such as retail sales, customer service, hospitality, food service, or similar industries.
• Strong interest in sales, customer engagement, and relationship management.
• Comfortable working in a retail store environment and interacting with customers daily.
• Background in Telco, FMCG, Insurance, service companies, trade marketing, franchising, or related industries is an advantage.
