Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and revenue targets by recommending mobile, broadband, and digital solutions.
• Promote plan upgrades, value-added services, and referrals to drive growth.
• Resolve customer inquiries with timely solutions and first-contact resolution.
• Build long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement and VIP handling.
• Follow customer journey standards across sales, aftersales, and service fulfillment.
• Manage store operations including sales, cashiering, and inventory with policy adherence.
• Complete Infinity sales and aftersales transactions and maintain product knowledge.
