Smart Communications, Inc. in Zamboanga City is seeking a Retail Store Officer to blend sales, service, and digital solutions for customers at KCC Mall.

You will drive store performance by meeting sales targets, upselling plans and services, resolving inquiries, and delivering an excellent, first-contact customer experience.

A college graduate with 1 year of customer-facing experience is preferred; training on products and systems will be provided to help you grow.

Qualifications

• College graduates with 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience preferred.
• Strong interest in sales, customer engagement and relationship management.
• Experience in retail, telco, or consumer services is an advantage.

• Deliver sales and revenue targets by recommending the right mobile, broadband, and digital solutions based on customer needs.
• Promote plan upgrades, value-added services, and referrals to maximize customer value.
• Resolve customer inquiries with timely solutions and first-contact resolution when possible.
• Build long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement and VIP handling.
• Follow prescribed customer journey standards across sales, aftersales, virtual support, and service fulfillment.

As a Retail Store Officer, you'll combine sales, customer service, and digital solutions expertise to help customers find the right products, services, and plans for their needs. You'll play a key role in driving store performance by delivering excellent customer experiences, growing revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and resolving customer concerns with confidence and care.

You'll work directly with customers in a fast-paced retail environment at KCC Mall Zamboanga City, gaining exposure to telecommunications products, digital services, and customer relationship management. What You'll Do

• Deliver sales and revenue targets by recommending the right mobile, broadband, and digital solutions based on customer needs.
• Promote plan upgrades, value-added services, affiliated products, and referral opportunities to maximize customer value and business growth.
• Resolve customer inquiries, requests, and concerns by providing timely solutions and ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible.
• Build long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement, retention initiatives, feedback gathering, and VIP customer handling.
• Execute the prescribed customer journey standards across sales, aftersales, virtual support, and service fulfillment transactions.
• Manage store operations by following sales, cashiering, inventory, compliance, and aftersales processes while ensuring accuracy and policy adherence.
• Complete Infinity sales and aftersales transactions, monitor market trends, and maintain required product knowledge and training certifications.

What We're Looking For

• College graduate, preferably in Sales and Marketing, Business Management, or related courses.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role such as retail sales, customer service, hospitality, food service, or similar industries.
• Strong interest in sales, customer engagement, and relationship management.
• Comfortable working in a retail store environment and interacting with customers daily.
• Background in Telco, FMCG, Insurance, service companies, trade marketing, franchising, or related industries is an advantage.
