Job summary

Smart Communications, Inc. is seeking a frontline sales professional in the Cordillera Administrative Region, Baguio.

You will deliver targeted digital solutions, upgrade plans, promote value-added services, and solicit referrals by accurately assessing customer needs. You will proactively gather feedback, maintain relationships including VIPs, and handle inquiries, requests, and complaints while driving new customer acquisition through cross-selling and upselling.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in a sales-related frontliner role (e.g., QSR crew or customer service agent).
• College graduate, preferably in Sales and Marketing, Business Management, or related courses.

Job description

Administrative

• Observes daily routine, sales, aftersales, cashiering, and inventory business processes.
• Ensures compliance in monitoring and resolving post-review findings, individual inventory variance, and pending transactions in individual worklists.
• Handles inventory operations as needed for LCSO assigned as Inventory Operations reliever.
• Ensures service fulfillment delivery for services covered by commercial agreements with affiliated companies such as PLDT and Cignal.
• Handles Infinity sales and aftersales transactions.

Education

College graduate, preferably in Sales and Marketing, Business Management, or related courses.

Work Experience
