Job summary

Enable PH is seeking a Process Specialist to standardize and document core SOPs across Retail functions including Sales, Store Operations, Customer Service, and Order Fulfillment. The role leads process improvements, change management, and ensures updated SOPs are communicated across all stores.

The position also involves training new hires as a backup to ensure onboarding continuity and adherence to operational standards. Bachelor’s degree and 3–4 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or any related course.
• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in Process Improvement, Business Excellence, Project Management, Product, Operations, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and execution skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Draft, establish, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for core retail functions.
• Analyze existing workflows across retail divisions to identify operational gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Works closely with the Training team to ensure all onboarding and skill development programs reflect accurate, up-to-date operational standards.
• Refine process modifications alongside with Retail internal divisions to build or modify standards before department rollout.
• Oversee the deployment of updated SOPs across all ARS / Retail Channels, and tracks compliance.
• Serve as a secondary backup to conduct process training sessions for new hires, ensuring seamless continuity in onboarding when primary trainers are unavailable.
