Job summary

Elevate and Delegate LLC in the Philippines is seeking a Process and System Specialist to own the analysis, design, and implementation of operational systems and processes across people, processes, and technology. You will translate complex workflows into clear, scalable SOPs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive adoption through documentation, training, and measurement.

This role blends analytical rigor with practical change management to foster reliable, repeatable operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in process improvement, business operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience analyzing, designing, documenting, and improving business processes.
• Strong experience creating and maintaining SOPs, workflows, and operational documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing processes, workflows, and SOPs against actual day-to-day execution.
• Map how work moves across teams, systems, and functions.
• Design clear, scalable processes and test changes before broader rollout.
• Document processes and establish ownership, standards, and review cycles.
• Lead organizational change efforts and training during implementation.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure impact and continuous improvement.
