Job summary

Enable in Mandaluyong is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist for Retail to standardize operations by designing, documenting, and maintaining core SOPs across Sales, Store Operations, Customer Service, and Order Fulfillment. You will identify workflow gaps and drive process changes while ensuring consistent adherence to standards across all stores.

You’ll also support onboarding by training new hires when needed.

Responsibilities

• Draft, establish, and maintain SOPs for core retail functions.
• Analyze workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with Training to keep onboarding programs up to date.
• Refine process modifications with Retail divisions before rollout.
• Oversee deployment of updated SOPs across ARS / Retail Channels and track compliance.
• Serve as backup to conduct process training for new hires.
