Job summary

Enable PH is hiring a Process Improvement Specialist in Metro Manila to standardize operations across Retail’s core processes by designing, documenting, and maintaining SOPs. You will identify workflow efficiencies, lead change management, and ensure updated SOPs are communicated for seamless store execution.

The role also serves as a backup trainer to onboard new hires, helping maintain consistent adherence to operational standards across teams and channels.

Responsibilities

• Draft, establish, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for core retail functions.
• Analyze existing workflows across retail divisions to identify operational gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Work closely with the Training team to ensure onboarding and skill development reflect accurate operational standards.
• Refine process modifications with Retail internal divisions to build or modify standards before rollout.
• Oversee deployment of updated SOPs across ARS / Retail Channels, and track compliance.
• Serve as a backup to conduct process training sessions for new hires, ensuring onboarding continuity when primary trainers are unavailable.

JOB SUMMARY: The Process Improvement Specialist is the mainly in-charge of the operational standardization by designing, documenting, and maintaining core Standard Operating Procedures across Retail’s core processes (ex: Sales, Store Operations, Customer Service, and Order Fulfillment). This role identifies workflow efficiencies, leads process change management, and communicates updated SOPs to ensure seamless execution across all stores. Additionally, the Process Specialist steps in as a secondary backup to facilitate process training for new hires, ensuring onboarding continuity and consistent adherence to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, establish, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for core retail functions.
• Analyze existing workflows across retail divisions to identify operational gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Works closely with the Training team to ensure all onboarding and skill development programs reflect accurate, up-to-date operational standards.
• Refine process modifications alongside with Retail internal divisions to build or modify standards before department rollout.
• Oversee the deployment of updated SOPs across all ARS / Retail Channels, and tracks compliance.
• Serve as a secondary backup to conduct process training sessions for new hires, ensuring seamless continuity in onboarding when primary trainers are unavailable.
