WHR Global Consulting is hiring a Retail Sales Executive for Mindanao. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding product discovery of electronic cigarettes in-store.

You will educate adults about e-cigarettes, conduct guided trials, and handle purchases, customization, and after-sales services while maintaining a high standard of customer care.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English or Taglish.
• Experience in customer service roles is required.
• Sales or retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome consumers in-store, understand needs, and assist with discovery of electronic cigarettes.
• Educate adults about e-cigarettes and conduct guided trials.
• Process transactions, assist with customization and database registration & after-sales services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling product diagnosis, returns and replacements.

Qualifications:

• At least second year college level
• Confident & Charismatic
• Good communication skills (English or Taglish; natural conversation)
• Must have good work experience in customer service jobs.
• Preferably with Sales/Retail Sales Work Experience
• Open to shifting schedules

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of electronic cigarettes.
• Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products, about the e-cigarette product and conduct a guided trial
• Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization and database registration & after-sales services
• Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements in line with the company’s consumer-centric principles
