Job summary

WHR Global Consulting is hiring for an in-store Customer Service role focused on educating customers about electronic cigarettes and guiding them through discovery and trial. You will process transactions, assist with customization, and ensure smooth post-purchase support.

The position requires strong communication, prior customer service experience, and flexibility with shifting schedules. Onsite work at Centrio Mall or Limketkai Center is available in Cagayan de Oro, Philippines.

Qualifications

• At least second year college level.
• Confident & charismatic; strong communication.
• Good communication skills in English or Taglish, natural conversation.
• Must have good work experience in customer service jobs.
• Preferably with Sales/Retail Sales Work Experience.
• Open to shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Welcome consumers in-store, understand needs, and guide discovery of electronic cigarettes.
• Educate adults about the product and conduct guided trials.
• Process purchases, assist with customization and registration, and provide after-sales service.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling product diagnosis, returns, and replacements per policy.
