Job summary

WHR Global Consulting is seeking a Retail Sales Executive for Mindanao area to welcome customers, understand needs, and guide product discovery of electronic cigarettes. This full-time, day-shift role offers performance-based incentives and training opportunities in a fast-paced retail environment.

The successful candidate will have strong English/Taglish communication, customer service experience, and flexibility with shifts. Overtime and holiday pay are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• At least second year college level.
• Confident and charismatic presence.
• Good communication in English or Taglish.
• Must have customer service experience.
• Preferably with sales/retail experience.
• Open to shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Welcome consumers in-store, assess needs, and guide discovery of electronic cigarettes.
• Educate adults about the product and offer a guided trial.
• Handle purchases, customization, registration and after-sales service.
• Provide exceptional service with product diagnosis, returns, and replacements.
