Job summary

WHR Global Consulting in Davao is seeking an enthusiastic customer service professional for our in-store team. You will welcome consumers, assess needs, and guide discovery of electronic cigarettes.

You will educate adults on the product, conduct guided trials, process purchases, customize orders, register databases, and provide after-sales support. A strong command of English or Taglish and a willingness to work shifting hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or second-year college students welcome.
• Strong communication in English/Taglish.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Sales/retail exposure is a plus.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of electronic cigarettes.
• Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products, about the e-cigarette product and conduct a guided trial.
• Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization and database registration & after-sales services.
• Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements in line with the company’s consumer-centric principles.
