WHR Global Consulting in Davao City is hiring a Retail Sales Executive to welcome customers in-store, understand their needs and guide discovery of electronic cigarettes, with a full-time day shift.

The role emphasizes customer service, product demonstrations, processing transactions, after-sales support, and contributing to sales targets while upholding consumer-centric principles.

Qualifications

• College level or pursuing degree.
• Confident and charismatic with good communication.
• Experience in customer service; sales/retail experience preferred.
• Willing to work shifts and maintain regular employment status.

Responsibilities

• Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of electronic cigarettes.
• Educate adults about the e-cigarette product and conduct guided trials to help switching.
• Perform seamless purchase transactions, assist with customization and database registration & after-sales services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by handling product diagnosis, returns and replacements per company standards.

Salary: ₱20,000 - ₱23,000

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

• Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of electronic cigarettes
• Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products, about the e-cigarette product and conduct a guided trial
• Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization and database registration & after-sales services
• Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements in line with the company’s consumer-centric principles
