WHR Global Consulting is seeking a friendly, customer-focused associate for a full-time role at Twin Lakes Tagaytay. You will greet shoppers, understand their needs, and guide them to discovery of electronic cigarettes, while supporting seamless transactions and on-site demonstrations.

Open to fresh graduates or those with customer service experience, the position offers a shifting schedule, on-site work, and benefits such as vacation and sick leave, 13th month pay, HMO after probation, and

• Confident & charismatic
• Good communication skills (English or Taglish; natural conversation)
• Must have good work experience in customer service jobs.
• Preferably with Sales/Retail Sales Work Experience

Responsibilities

• Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of electronic cigarettes.
• Educate adults about the e-cigarette product and conduct a guided trial
• Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization and database registration & after-sales services
• Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements in line with the company’s consumer-centric principles
