Responsibilities

• Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance, and assist with the discovery of electronic cigarettes.
• Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products about the e‑cigarette product and conduct guided trials.
• Perform seamless purchase transactions, including customization, database registration, and after‑sales services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by executing product diagnosis, handling returns, and processing replacements in line with the company’s consumer‑centric principles.
