Job summary

Metacom Careers in Taguig is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering accurate information and guiding customers to resolution.

You'll document interactions, maintain service quality, and collaborate with teammates to improve workflows in a fast-paced environment, with nights and weekends included in the schedule. No prior experience required; up to 6 months BPO experience is preferred. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
