Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated in Cagayan de Oro City is seeking motivated Retail Customer Service Representatives to support customers with product inquiries, order tracking, payments, returns, and complaints. You will deliver friendly, reliable service and help resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication skills, basic computer and data-entry abilities, and willingness to work onsite with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Formación

• High school graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School graduate.
• Fresh graduates welcome, subject to account requirements.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer navigation and data-entry skills.
• Customer-oriented, patient, and willing to learn.
• Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro City.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, payments, and store policies.
• Assist customers with order tracking, delivery updates, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a professional manner.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls as required by the account.
• Update customer records and document interactions accurately.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to address customer concerns and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely, courteous, and reliable assistance.
• Follow company policies, account procedures, and quality standards.
