Job summary

Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated is seeking Customer Service Representatives for our Retail account in Cagayan de Oro. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, orders, and service requests while delivering excellent support onsite.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; weekend and holiday shifts may apply, with a Sign-On Bonus available under account terms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• With or without BPO/customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
• Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Must complete recruitment and training.
• Sign-On Bonus (SOB) available, subject to account terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Assist with orders, product/service requests, and account-related concerns.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
