Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work onsite at SM Downtown, Cagayan De Oro City, during the night shift. You will respond to customer inquiries, gather information, and resolve issues with professional communication while collaborating with teammates and other departments.

You will document customer interactions, build knowledge of company services, and participate in projects and improvements. Strong English, listening, and problem-solving skills are essential.
