Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.

• Document customer interactions accurately in the company system and maintain detailed records.
• Process customer requests and transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
• Meet performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and quality metrics.
• Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and suggestions for service improvement.
