Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from retail account customers with professionalism and courtesy
• Address customer inquiries, concerns and requests relating to retail accounts, products and services
• Process transactions, account updates and other customer requests accurately and efficiently
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers to enhance their experience
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner, escalating complex matters when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the system
• Achieve quality and productivity targets whilst maintaining high standards of customer service
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to support customer needs
