RCBC is seeking a Branch Sales Associate in Virac to support the Business Center's volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products. The role involves assisting the Branch Manager to achieve sales goals and developing effective sales activities for retail banking products.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and can adapt to a banking environment, applying strategic planning and risk management in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field.
• Strong sales orientation with ability to implement plans and meet targets.
• Knowledge of risk management controls and banking policies.
• Experience in credit evaluation and analysis is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals.
• Prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports.
• Develop effective sales activities to market retail banking products.
• Assist in recording action plans and other essential information.
