RCBC in Manila seeks a Branch Sales role to support the Business Center's volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products. Willing to be assigned in Kalentong.

You will assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals, prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports, and ensure correct recording of action plans and other essential information. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, thrives in a sales and banking environment, and demonstrates skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Ability to work in a sales and banking environment and adapt to surroundings.
• Strong skills in strategic planning and management.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Working knowledge in credit evaluation, analysis, and banking policies.
• Graduate with 4-year degree in business-related program.
• Familiar with bank products & services; account management.
