RCBC is seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our Vigan Business Center. You will support the branch in achieving volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling YGC products.

You will assist the Branch Manager in hitting sales goals, prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports, and develop effective sales activities to market retail banking products. A business-related degree and banking knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Experience in sales within banking environment.
• Strong strategic planning and management skills.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Experience in credit evaluation and banking policies.
• Account management experience.

Responsabilités
