RCBC in Marikina is seeking a proactive sales-focused professional to support the branch's volume targets through account acquisition and cross-selling YGC bank products. The role requires aligning with the Branch Manager to hit sales goals and deliver effective plans.

You will prepare monthly and daily sales plans, record action plans accurately, and develop activities to market retail banking products within a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Sales and banking experience in a lending or retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to surroundings and apply learnings as leadership tools.
• Proficiency in strategic planning and management.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Working knowledge of credit evaluation, analysis, and banking policies.

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals.
• Prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports and ensure correct recording of action plans and other essential information.
