Job summary

RCBC is seeking a motivated professional for our Lipa Ayala Hi Way Branch to support volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of banking products. You will assist the Branch Manager, prepare sales plans, and drive retail banking initiatives.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree, have strong sales and banking skills, and can adapt to dynamic environments. Knowledge of credit evaluation and risk controls is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent.
• Experience in banking or sales environment is preferred.
