Job summary

Tasq Staffing Solutions is hiring a Retail Associate / Customer Service Representative for our QC account in Quezon City. You will deliver exceptional service through effective communication, problem-solving, and customer profiling to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries by phone, email, and chat; resolving issues on first contact; and maintaining accurate records. On-site work in Quezon City with shifting schedules is required.

Job Description - Retail Associate / Customer Service Representative - QC

We are looking for CSRs to join a fast growing retail account in Cyberpark, Quezon City. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
• Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs

Requirements

• Completed at least Senior High School, 2nd year in college, 2-year vocational/associate degree with or without experience OR
• HS Graduate (Old Curriculum) with at least 1 year of BPO experience
• Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
• Amenable to work fully on-site in Quezon City
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule
• Can start ASAP
