Zark's Food Ventures Corp. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the branch and drive sales targets while upholding kitchen standards. You will manage daily staff operations and ensure timely, high-quality service to guests.

You will coordinate with teams, maintain inventories, analyze profits/losses, and resolve guest concerns to maintain brand value and continuity of operations across the branch.

Formación

• Candidate must be a college graduate of any Business and Hospitality course or equivalent.
• At least two (2) years of experience in handling one branch/ establishment.
• Adept in the preparation of duty and time schedule of personnel.
• Able to conduct proper and accurate inventories.
• Knowledgeable in POS and computer-generated reporting.
• Has analytical knowledge based on profits and losses report.

• Lead the branch and ensure attainment of overall branch targets and sales.
• Ensure that department goals are communicated, understood, and implemented in the branch.
• Maintain proper kitchen standards.
• Manages the day-to-day activities of staff and the overall operations for efficient and timely delivery of services.
• Maintains effective control, supervision, and high service standards by coordinating tasks and resources for staff.
• Ensures maximum guest satisfaction and handles complaints.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting actions and continuing needs.
• Forecasts proper orders and maintains sanitary conditions of the kitchen.
