Job summary

Zark's Food Ventures Corp. in Metro Manila seeks a Branch Manager to lead a busy restaurant branch, ensure service excellence, and drive sales targets across all outlets.

You will oversee daily operations, supervisor staff, and maintain high kitchen and guest standards. The role requires a college degree in Business or Hospitality, at least two years managing a single branch, and strong knowledge of POS systems and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business or Hospitality; two years experience in one branch/establishment.
• Adept at preparing duty and time schedules for personnel.
• Able to conduct proper and accurate inventories.
• Knowledgeable in POS and computer-generated reporting.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the leader of the branch and responsible for attainment of overall branch targets and sales.
• Ensures department goals are communicated, understood, and implemented in the branch.
• Ensures proper kitchen standards are followed.
• Manages day-to-day activities of staff and personnel and the overall operations for the efficient and timely delivery of services.
• Maintains effective control, supervision, and high service standards by coordinating tasks and resources.
• Ensures maximum guest satisfaction and handles complaints.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting actions and continuing needs.
• Forecasts proper orders and maintains sanitary kitchen conditions.
