Job summary

Zark's Food Ventures Corp. in Murcia is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and uphold service standards across the branch.

The role requires a college degree in Business or Hospitality, at least two years in a similar branch, strong inventory, POS knowledge, and the ability to schedule staff while maintaining kitchen and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a college graduate of any Business and Hospitality course or equivalent.
• At least two (2) years of experience in handling one branch/ establishment.
• Adept in the preparation of duty and time schedule of personnel.
• Able to conduct proper and accurate inventories.
• Knowledgeable in POS and computer-generated reporting.
• Has analytical knowledge based on profits and losses report.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the leader of the branch and responsible for the attainment of overall branch targets and sales
• Ensures that department goals are communicated, understood, and implemented in the branch
• Ensures proper kitchen standards are followed
• Manages the day-to-day activities of the staff and personnel and the overall operations for the efficient and timely delivery of services
• Maintains effective control, supervision, and high service standards by coordinating tasks and work and ensuring that staff have the necessary resources to effectively perform their jobs
• Ensures maximum satisfaction from the guests and handles complaints
• Forecasts proper orders and maintains the sanitary conditions of the kitchen
