Zark's Food Ventures Corp. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a restaurant branch in the Philippines. The role focuses on attaining branch targets while ensuring excellent service and adherence to kitchen standards.

The candidate will manage staff schedules, oversee inventory, and uphold high guest satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and maintaining compliance with company standards.

Qualificações

• Candidate must be a college graduate of any Business and Hospitality course or equivalent.
• Adept in duty and time scheduling of personnel.
• Knowledgeable in POS and computer-generated reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead branch operations to achieve overall targets and sales.
• Ensure department goals are communicated, understood, and implemented in the branch.
• Maintain kitchen standards and oversee day-to-day staff activities for timely service.
• Maintain high service standards through effective coordination and resource availability.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Forecast orders and maintain sanitary conditions of the kitchen.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

• Candidate must be a college graduate of any Business and Hospitality course or equivalent


• At least two (2) years of experience in handling one branch/ establishment


• Adept in the preparation of duty and time schedule of personnel


• Able to conduct proper and accurate inventories


• Knowledgeable in POS and computer-generated reporting


• Has analytical knowledge based on profits and losses report
