Job summary

Zark's Food Ventures Corp. is seeking an Operations Manager for its Mandaluyong branch to lead the kitchen and service team, ensuring branch targets are met and guest satisfaction remains high.

You will schedule staff, manage inventory, monitor POS reporting, and maintain sanitary kitchen conditions while coordinating with teams to deliver efficient, memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in Business or Hospitality; equivalent experience considered.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a single branch/establishment.
• Adept in preparing duty and time schedules for personnel.
• Able to conduct proper and accurate inventories.
• Knowledgeable in POS systems and computer-generated reporting.
• Has analytical knowledge based on profits and losses reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch as its manager and drive attainment of overall branch targets and sales.
• Communicate, implement, and monitor department goals within the branch.
• Ensure proper kitchen standards are followed.
• Manage day-to-day staff activities and overall operations for efficient and timely service delivery.
• Maintain control, supervision, and high service standards by coordinating tasks and ensuring staff have resources.
• Maximize guest satisfaction and handle complaints.
• Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs to maintain continuity.
• Forecast orders and maintain sanitary conditions of the kitchen.
