Job summary

Zark's Food Ventures Corp. is seeking a Branch Manager in the Philippines to lead a busy branch, drive sales targets, and uphold kitchen standards. You will supervise staff, schedule duties, manage inventories, and ensure smooth daily operations to deliver excellent guest experience.

The role requires 2+ years in a branch role, a business/hospitality degree, and strong POS/reporting skills. This position is on-site in the branch and offers growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business and Hospitality or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience managing one branch/establishment.
• Adept in duty and time scheduling of personnel.
• Able to conduct inventories accurately.
• Knowledgeable in POS and generating reports.
• Analytical skills with profits and losses reporting.
