Job summary

Zark's Food Ventures Corp. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a single branch and drive its sales targets.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure excellent service, maintain kitchen standards, and coordinate with staff to deliver timely meals. The role requires a college graduate in Business or Hospitality, at least two years managing a branch, and proficiency with duty/shift scheduling and POS reporting.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a college graduate in Business or Hospitality or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience managing a branch/establishment.
• Adept in preparing duty and time schedules for personnel.
• Able to conduct proper inventories.
• Knowledgeable in POS and computer-generated reporting.
• Has analytical knowledge based on profits and losses report.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch and drive attainment of overall branch targets and sales.
• Communicate, understand, and implement department goals in the branch.
• Maintain proper kitchen standards.
• Manage day-to-day activities of staff and overall operations for efficient service delivery.
• Maintain control, supervision, and high service standards by coordinating tasks and ensuring resources.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints.
• Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs.
• Forecast proper orders and maintain sanitary kitchen conditions.
