Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Preferably with related experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager in food and beverage services.
• Experience in various restaurant operations facets.

Responsibilities

• Open/close shift procedures and ensure QSCH (QRC) compliance to keep the store ready for each shift.
• Lead floor operations during peak hours to deliver excellent service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, restrooms, kitchen, prep areas and store exterior as applicable.
• Engage guests to provide memorable dining experiences and ensure product quality and serving times meet standards.
• Professionally resolve guests' concerns or complaints efficiently.
• Oversee closing shift procedures and store checks to prep for the next day.
• Lead the restaurant during shifts to ensure excellent operations.
• Foster a work environment that engages team members and builds positive relationships.
