Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a driven Account Manager to cultivate and expand partnerships with restaurant chains in the Metro Manila area. You will engage managers, renegotiate terms, and promote backlinks or splash pages to boost orders.

You’ll design streamlined aftersales processes, recruit top partners for the corporate booklet, monitor order evolution and customer experience, and safeguard high partner relation quality through proactive negotiations and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of lead or account management experience in F&B preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, plus excellent negotiation abilities.
• Desire to reach out to top local restaurants and chains.
• Endurance and perseverance in following up with partner restaurants.
• Pleasant personality, high enthusiasm and commitment.
• Structured and efficient communication with partners.
• Team player, self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance relationships with partner restaurant chains through regular personal contact with the restaurant manager.
• Renegotiate contract terms such as commission rate or minimum basket size with restaurant managers.
• Convince managers to implement backlink or splash page to boost orders.
• Design and improve the aftersales process by streamlining operations and the CRM.
• Identify and recruit top partner restaurants for corporate menu booklet and monitor orders and customer experience after integration.
• Negotiate exclusive deals to increase orders while maintaining partner relationship quality.
• Ensure partners maintain high customer experience and brief them on improvements.
