Job summary

foodpanda is looking for a Partnerships Manager to grow our network of local restaurants in Cavite. You will manage relationships, renegotiate contracts, and drive online orders by promoting backlinks and our corporate menu.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in lead or account management in the F&B sector, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Based in Cavite Area, the position offers growth within a fast-growing local delivery platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of lead or account management experience preferred in the food and beverages industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to contact and persuade restaurant partners.
• Endurance and perseverance in the process of follow-up on partner restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the work relationship with partner restaurant chains through regular contact with the restaurant manager.
• Renegotiate contract conditions such as commission rate or minimum basket size with restaurant manager.
• Convince restaurant manager to implement backlink/splash page to convert traffic into more orders.
• Design and improve the aftersales process by streamlining operations and the CRM system.
• Find and recruit the best partner restaurants to join corporate menu booklet and monitor order evolution and customer experience.
