Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance relationships with partner restaurant chains via regular contact with managers.
• Renegotiate contract terms including commissions or minimum basket sizes.
• Encourage backlinking or splash pages to boost online orders.
• Design and improve aftersales processes and CRM workflows.
• Identify top restaurants for the corporate menu and monitor orders and customer experience post-integration.
• Negotiate exclusive deals to drive orders while maintaining partner relations.
• Ensure high customer experience and guide partners on improvements.
