Job summary

Delivery Hero's foodpanda in Cavite invites applications for an Associate, Account Management (South Luzon-Cavite) on a full-time basis. You will manage partner restaurants, renegotiate contracts, and drive CRM improvements to boost orders and enhance customer experience.

Requires 1–3 years in account management in the F&B space, strong negotiation and communication skills, and fluency in English and Filipino, with a focus on Cavite area restaurants.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years lead or account management experience in food & beverages preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with vendors/partners.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship skills.
• Fluency in English and Filipino required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance relationships with partner restaurants through regular contact with the restaurant manager.
• Renegotiate contract terms such as commission rate or minimum basket size with restaurant managers.
• Convince partners to implement backlinks or splash pages to drive orders.
• Design and improve the aftersales process by streamlining CRM operations.
• Identify and recruit top restaurants to join the corporate menu and monitor performance.
• Negotiate exclusive deals to increase orders while safeguarding partner relationships.
• Ensure high customer experience across partner restaurants and coach on improvements.
