Job summary

Samgyupsalamat is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Laguna region (San Pedro and Calamba). You will supervise staff, ensure top-quality service, manage stock, and uphold food safety standards.

The ideal candidate holds 1–2 years in a supervisory role in food service, has a Hospitality-related degree, and is proficient in Excel and MS Office. This full-time position requires flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in food service or hospitality.
• Familiarity with basic inventory management and stock control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and compliance with policies and service standards.
• Assist in scheduling, coaching, and motivating team members.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Prepare and maintain inventory and operational reports.
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards are consistently followed.
• Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve sales and operational goals.
